added to all purchases. All lots are sold as is, where is, with all
faults, imperfection and errors of description. Due diligence is the responsibility of the bidder/buyer. Buyers assume complete responsibility for care of each purchase at time of sale. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All statements made prior to the sale of any item take precedence over written material and any prior verbal statements. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. Absolutely NO refunds. Your credit care will be charged for your purchase, plus buyers' premiums, any applicable fees and sales tax. In order to better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number and email address at which they can be contacted.
By requesting a bid number, the bidder shows acceptance of the terms of the auction & Auctioneer. The Auctioneer has the sole discretion to advance the bidding and may reject a nominal advance, should it in his estimation prove injurious to the auction. The auctioneer shall be the final judge in all bidding disputes and shall name a bidder as the purchaser. The Auctioneer shall not be held responsible for missed bids or bids unseen by the auctioneer of any of their agents. Online auctions move quickly. If you are interested in an item, bid quickly.
If you win an item in the auction, you will be notified by email. In order to have enough time to conduct authorization, registration must be completed at least 24 hours in advance of the auction. The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the Auctioneer in collection of funds. Washington State sales tax will be collected.

Personal checks or company checks accepted from previous (known) customers or with a letter from your bank (Domestic [U.S.A.] only) guaranteeing payment to Chuck Yarbro Auctioneers. Bank letters must be on bank letterhead, dated & signed by a bank officer, & [in substantially] the following form: "__________ is a customer of this bank and we will guarantee payment of checks written on said business account up to [specify amount or unlimited] for purchases at your auction on [specify sale date]." Load Out information: No items will be loaded until properly settled for. Friday & Saturday, 1 pm - 5 pm; Sunday, 9 am - 5 pm; Monday by appt. If the auction company's equipment is not capable of lifting an item, it is the buyer's responsibility to secure the equipment to load his purchases.
