i.e. If a family member or co-worker purchases an item using someone else's buyer info, the account holder will be responsible for those purchases. No refunds will be awarded. The auction is final.
• All items will be sold AS IS, WHERE IS with all faults and without warranty, either expressed or implied. Chuck Yarbro Auctioneers is not responsible for any missing or incorrect listing information. We have attempted to provide accurate descriptions. However, it is the bidder's responsibility to conduct any inspections to determine the condition and feasibility of the bidder’s intended use. It is automatically acknowledged when you register that you have either personally inspected the items being sold, hired an agent to inspect the items being sold or waive your right to inspect the items being sold. By placing a bid, this creates a contractual agreement to purchase the items being sold at the high bid price plus Buyers Premium and any additional fees.

• 10% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to each item (Bid Price+Buyer’s Premium=Sale Price)

Your computer will automatically bid for you every time another bidder outbids you, but only up to the maximum you specified during registration. To accommodate for any lag time toward the end of auction, it is best to place your maximum bid early in the auction. Final bids can be slowed down due to the increased bidding activity during live auction!

• An Auto Extend feature will take place in the event there is bidding activity within the final two minutes of the item’s designated close time. This feature eliminates “bid sniping” and truly creates a fair bidding atmosphere.
