After 50 years, Penhallurick True Value is closing it's doors. Rolling Stock, Pallet Racking, Excess Inventory & Fixtures will sell at timed online auction starting 9am on March 22nd.
*Please note, some equipment, will be retained to finish contractor deliveries thru May 31st. Please read item(s) description for the disposition of that particular item.*
Please note we will begin checking out Tuesday, March 22nd at 1pm-6pm, Wednesday March 23rd, 9am-7pm, Thursday, March 24th- 9am-7pm, Friday, March 25th, 9am-6pm, Saturday, March 26th, 8am-4pm, Sunday, March 27th, 9am-2pm. Everything, unless noted otherwise, must be removed by March 27th, if you cannot comply with this, please make other arrangements or do not bid! No exceptions. Miscellaneous purchasers, please bring boxes to load your merchandise. Gondola cannot be removed until Friday, March 25th, 2pm.

Payment
A. All sales are final – no refunds
B. All purchases must be paid for in U.S. funds by March 25th
C. Invoices not settled by March 25th will become subject to a 4% late fee.
D. Cash, wire transfers, business checks and good personal checks are accepted forms of payment.
E. Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover are accepted forms of payment with a 4% Processing Fee
F. ACH Transfer (E-Checks) is an accepted form of Payment with a 1.5% Processing Fee
G. Unless otherwise arranged, the auction company will charge out credit cards on account for online buyers.
H. If paying by check, buyers not personally known by the Auction Company. must present an irrevocable letter of guarantee from issuing bank, guaranteeing payment to Chuck Yarbro Auctioneers.
I. The Auction Company reserves the right to contact issuing bank to verify funds if the Auction Company deems it necessary. The auction company reserves the right to hold the purchased item(s) until funds are credited to Auction Company’s bank.
j. Lots that are times the money, if lot is miscounted, quantity will be adjusted on invoice and refund will be made.
Sales Tax
A. Purchases are subject to 8.2% Sales Tax
B. In accordance with RCW 82.08.0273, out of state buyers are no longer exempt from Washington sales tax as of July 1, 2019. Individuals living in eligible states are encouraged to request a refund of the State’s portion (6.5%) of the sales tax collected. Eligibility and information can be found at:

Buyer’s Premium
A. All Premiums are figured on a “per item” basis. Buyer's Premium of 10% is added to the high bid on any items $5,000 and under. Buyer's Premium of 5% is added to any items purchased at $5,501 and above. Please take this into consideration when bidding. (Bid price + buyer premium = sale price.)

Item Removal
A. No item(s) will be removed from the auction site until the full invoice has been paid.
B. All items, unless noted on item description, must be removed by March 27th. No exceptions.
C. There is certain equipment and racking that will be retained until June 30th and available for pickup on July 1st. Please note all invoices must be paid by March 25th. In some cases, items may become available earlier and purchaser will become notified. Auction company will hold equipment funds for seller and transfer titles as soon as unit is in possession of purchaser, titles will be transferred. Seller will maintain insurance on item. In case of a accident purchaser will have the choice to be refunded if unit can not be repair to the satisfaction. Seller will use reasonable care and maintenance in usage.
Title Transfer
A. All titled vehicles require a title transfer and are subject to transfer fees. Please take this into consideration when bidding
B. Title Purpose Only transfers are subject to a $100 transfer fee without the 3-Day Temp License, $135 transfer fee with the 3-Day Temp License. Passenger vehicles weighing greater than 8,000lbs, trailers and recreational vehicles fall under this category.
C. Car and SUV Passenger Vehicle Licensing and Transfers are subject to transfer fees ranging from $227.75 to $377. The price will be determined by the GVWR of the vehicle sold as per Washington State Motor Vehicle Licensing regulations.
D. Pickup Licensing and Transfers are subject to transfer fees ranging from $225 to $377. The price will be determined by the GVWR of the vehicle sold as per Washington State Motor Vehicle Licensing regulations.
E. Out of state buyers are subject to a $100 out of state handling fee.
F. License Motor Vehicle Dealers will be subject to a $75 Dealer to Dealer fee.
G. Any and all fees will be collected for every vehicle sold.
Remaining Terms
A. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with all faults and without warranty expressed or implied. Chuck Yarbro Auctioneers, Inc is not responsible for any missing or incorrect listing information. We have attempted to provide accurate descriptions. However, it is the bidder's responsibility to conduct any inspections to determine the condition and feasibility of the bidder’s intended use. Descriptions that are provided by the auction company are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. It is automatically acknowledged by registering that you have either personally inspected the items being sold, hired an agent to inspect the items being sold, or you have waived your right to inspect the items being sold. By placing a bid, this creates a contractual agreement to purchase the items being sold at the high bid price plus Buyers Premium and any additional fees.
B. The Auction Company and/or the estate are not responsible for accidents on auction day or after items are sold.
C. Chuck Yarbro Auctioneers Inc has full discretion to modify the date and time, order, and details of the auction for any reason or for no reason at all, including but not limited to technical issues, emergencies, and convenience of Chuck Yarbro Auctioneers, Inc or the Seller.
D. In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Chuck Yarbro Auctioneers Inc, MarkNet Alliance, and the Seller reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor Chuck Yarbro Auctioneers Inc, MarkNet Alliance or the Seller shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. Email notifications may be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary.
E. Any and all announcements on auction day will take precedence over any and all printed material.
F. I grant Chuck Yarbro Auctioneers Inc the right and permission to use video or still imagery of me or in which I may be included with others, to take, use, reuse, publish, and republish the same in whole or part.
G. Chuck Yarbro Auctioneers Inc reserves the right to revise The Terms and Conditions at any time.
H. The bidder agrees to pay reasonable attorney fees incurred by Auctioneer, should the Auctioneer require the services of an attorney to enforce bidding terms. Any such legal action will take place in Grant County, WA.
