Coin shipping will a flat $20.00 per priority small flat rate box which will include $100 insurance on the package. If value of package is more than $100, additional insurance will be the responsibility of the purchaser of the coins.
Shipping and Handling fee for coin purchases will be $20.00 per small USPS Priority Service box. This includes insurance up to $100.00. A. All sales are final – no refunds
B. All purchases must be paid for in U.S. funds by December 4th.C. Invoices not settled by December 4th will become subject to a 4% late fee.D. Cash, wire transfers, business checks and good personal checks are accepted forms of payment.E. Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover are accepted forms of payment with a 4% Processing FeeF. Unless otherwise arranged, the auction company will charge out credit cards on account.G. If paying by check, buyers not personally known by the Auction Company. must present an irrevocable letter of guarantee from issuing bank, guaranteeing payment to Chuck Yarbro Auctioneers, Inc.H. The Auction Company reserves the right to contact issuing bank to verify funds if the Auction Company deems it necessary. The auction company reserves the right to hold the purchased item(s) until funds are credited to Auction Company’s bank.
Sales Tax
A. 8.2% Sales Tax unless otherwise stated (No sales tax on coins)B. In accordance with RCW 82.08.0273, out of state buyers are no longer exempt from Washington sales tax as of July 1, 2019. Individuals living in eligible states are encouraged to request a refund of the State’s portion (6.5%) of the sales tax collected. Buyer's Premium of 10% is added to the high bid on all items. Please take this into consideration when bidding. (Bid price + buyer premium = sale price.)
Yarbro Item Removal Schedule: Monday, December 2nd - Friday, December 6th / 8am - 4pmA. Items should be removed by December 6th
B. No item(s) will be removed from the auction site until the full invoice has been paid.
C Any item(s) remaining at the auction location past the designated removal date will become subject to a $25/day storage fee until the item(s) are removed. The storage fee must be paid in full prior to item removal.D. Any items remaining after 30 days of auction close will be forfieted. Refunds will not be given.
Title TransferA. All titled vehicles are subject to a $200 Title transfer fee.Titled vehicles weighing under 8,000lbs have the option of a title transfer and plate registration.Trip permits are available upon request.Fee varies from $277 - $362 depending on weight. 45-Day Temporary permit is included with this option.3-Day Trip Permits are available for purchase for $35B. Out of state buyers are subject to a $100 out of state handling fee.C. License Motor Vehicle Dealers will be subject to a $75 Dealer to Dealer fee.D. Any and all fees will be collected for every vehicle sold.
FFL TransferA. Acting FFL - Sure Shot Guns & Pawn - 114 Main St, Kittitas, WA, (509)9684867. Open Tuesday - Friday / 9:30am - 6:00pm & Saturday / 9:30 - 5:00pm
B. Each firearm is subject to a $45 FFL transfer fee. Volume and out of state buyers are not exempt.
C. Buyers must comply and pass a federal background check in order to purchase any firearm sold.
D. Purchase prices will not be refunded to those individuals who fail to pass a federal background check.
E. There is a mandatory 2-week minimum waiting period, from the time the background check starts to when the firearm can be picked up, for all semi-auto rifles and all pistols. There is a $18 DOL fee that must be paid at pick up.
F. Buyers are financially responsible for shipping.
Remaining TermsA. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with all faults and without warranty expressed or implied. Chuck Yarbro Auctioneers is not responsible for any missing or incorrect listing information. We have attempted to provide accurate descriptions. However, it is the bidder's responsibility to conduct any inspections to determine the condition and feasibility of the bidder’s intended use. Descriptions that are provided by the auction company are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. It is automatically acknowledged by registering that you have either personally inspected the items being sold, hired an agent to inspect the items being sold, or you have waived your right to inspect the items being sold. In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Chuck Yarbro Auctioneers, MarkNet Alliance, and the Seller reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor Chuck Yarbro Auctioneers, Inc, MarkNet Alliance or the Seller shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. Email notifications may be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary.E.
